Overview
We support due diligence (DD) including collecting in-depth information including the relationship with the anti-social and clarifying the truth of negative information in order to grasp the actual picture of the counterparty in new transactions, business collaboration, M&A, capital injection, capital increase, etc.
When you conduct business transactions, not only checking the business conditions and credibility of the counterparty, but also understanding the counterparty and its representatives in greater depth and detail is necessary if you intend to establish a deeper relationship that goes beyond ordinary business transactions.
Especially when you proceed with a technical or capital partnership, you cannot simply cut off the relationship, even if you discover a major problem such as "a relationship with antisocial forces" or "a major lawsuit" after the conclusion of the agreement. However, if the relationship with such a partner company becomes public, it may lead to reputational risk (reputational damage) and disputes.
