Ichiro Kobayashi
Born in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture in 1960. Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.
Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration.
Specially Appointed Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University, and at the Graduate School of Law, Aoyama Gakuin University,Served as a special advisor at PwC Consulting, LLC, among others.
He is also in charge of business development of the industry-university collaboration model as a director of Aoyama Gakuin funded Aoyama Gakuin University Consulting Group, Inc.
His international activities include economic assistance to developing countries (mainly in Central Asia) as a Senior Industrial Advisor in the Turnaround Management Team of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He has been a professor at the Graduate School of Economics, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
He has published numerous books on management and lectured on international economic issues at national chambers of commerce and industry, Japan Association of Corporate Executives, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), and various organizations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
Suthee Panaworn
Graduated from Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Economics, and received MBA from Chulalongkorn University Graduate School, Thailand.
Mr. Panaworn has held management positions in several major companies in Thailand, including CP Company, the largest conglomerate in Thailand; Yaohan Thailand, a major Japanese distribution company; SUTL, the largest international tobacco and liquor distribution company in Southeast Asia; Q House, the largest developer in Thailand; Gayson, a long-established luxury department store in Thailand; and BMCL, which operates Bangkok's subway system. He has published several books and lectured about management and investment, and he is also a member of the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) (*1).
1: The BOI is an investment promotion agency under the Thai Ministry of Industry, which is responsible for formulating investment policies, approving investment projects, and granting benefits. And It is an organization that determines policies that are very important in terms of approvals and benefits for foreign investors entering the Thai market.
